Yogyakarta, August 12, 2024 – On Monday, August 12, 2024, teachers from SMK Yosonegoro Magetan visited the UNY Science Education Department to attend competency improvement training. This training is designed to help teachers develop their soft skills and hard skills in teaching, with a focus on learning models, the use of TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge)-based media, and new learning methods.
This training was attended by teachers from the subjects of Science and Civics at SMK Yosonegoro Magetan. During the activity, participants gained in-depth insights into innovations in learning that can be applied in the classroom. With this provision, it is hoped that teachers can be more effective in delivering lesson materials and more adaptive to the needs of 21st century learning.
This visit is not only an event to improve teaching skills, but also strengthens the relationship between secondary education institutions and universities in a joint effort to improve the quality of education.
