Yogyakarta, April 26, 2025 — The Science Education Student Association (HIMA IPA) of FMIPA Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY) successfully organized the National Entrepreneurship Webinar themed "Digital Business in the Society 5.0 Era: New Opportunities for Young Entrepreneurs". Held virtually via Zoom Meeting, the webinar attracted 121 participants from 204 registered applicants across various universities in Indonesia. The event aimed to foster an entrepreneurial spirit, strengthen critical thinking, and encourage creativity among students in responding to digital business opportunities in the Society 5.0 era. The webinar began at 09.00 AM with a series of activities, including participant registration, singing the Indonesian National Anthem and the UNY Mars, opening remarks from the committee chairperson, the head of HIMA IPA FMIPA UNY, and the supervising lecturer. It continued with the introduction of the moderator and keynote speaker, followed by a main presentation and an engaging Q&A session. During the session, the speaker emphasized the importance of seizing technological opportunities, digital economic transformation, and strategies to become adaptable and innovative young entrepreneurs in today's fast-paced world. The event concluded with the presentation of a certificate to the speaker and a group photo session to document the active participation of all attendees. Daffa Lathif Rifa’i, as the event coordinator, expressed his gratitude to all participants and committee members who contributed to the success of this event. It is hoped that this webinar will serve as a stepping stone for nurturing talented young entrepreneurs from the Science Education Department of FMIPA UNY and beyond.
