A proud achievement was once again secured by the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) at Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY). The Undergraduate Program in Science Education has successfully maintained its “Excellent” Accreditation Status from the Independent Accreditation Agency for Education (LAMDIK). This status is officially stated in LAMDIK Decree No. 758/SK/LAMDIK/Ak/S/VI/2025, effective from June 5, 2025, to June 4, 2030. The program achieved a total score of 383, placing it in the highest accreditation category in the national education quality assurance system. This prestigious achievement is the result of the collective efforts of the entire academic community, including faculty leadership, lecturers, administrative staff, students, alumni, and graduate users. The comprehensive evaluation conducted by LAMDIK assessors reflects the program's excellence in governance, curriculum, learning processes, and outcomes across education, research, and community service. This recognition further strengthens the program's commitment to continuously enhance the quality of science education, foster innovation in learning, and expand impactful collaborations for the future.
