The Technology Adaptation Program initiated by the UNY Mengajar team has succeeded in providing a positive impact on the learning process at SMP N 1 Kota Mungkid. This program is designed to support increased effectiveness and efficiency of learning through the use of various interactive information technology (ICT) tools and devices. In its implementation, the UNY Mengajar team provided training in the use of various web applications such as Wordwall, Solar System Scope, Stellarium, Phet Simulation, Mentimeter, and Quiziz.

During the program, grade 7 students were the main target of this training. Through the use of these applications, learning becomes more interesting and interactive. The Wordwall web is often used to review previous material and provide feedback, while Solar System Scope and Stellarium facilitate the introduction of the Solar System in science subjects. Meanwhile, Phet Simulation is used to activate experiment-based learning, and Quiziz is an online assessment tool that facilitates the analysis of student learning outcomes. Not to forget, Mentimeter is used to enrich discussion sessions with interactive methods that encourage active participation of students.

This program is not just a theory. The students directly practice using the web application, and after the implementation, an evaluation together with the mentor teacher is carried out to measure the success of the program. It is hoped that through this technology adaptation, students can enrich their learning experience and prepare themselves to face the challenges of the world of education in the ever-evolving digital era.
