The Science Education Student Association (HIMA IPA) of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (FMIPA UNY), welcomed a visit from HMP Biosfer of Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) through the Student Organization Visit Program (KURMA #2) held on Friday, June 12, 2026, at the Seminar Room of FMIPA UNY. The activity aimed to strengthen relationships between student organizations, expand student networks, and provide a platform for sharing experiences and best practices in student organization management. The participants consisted of student representatives from both HIMA IPA FMIPA UNY and HMP Biosfer UNS.

The event began with the opening ceremony, followed by the singing of the Indonesian national anthem, the UNY Hymn, and the UNS March. Welcoming remarks were delivered by the organizing committee, student association leaders, and faculty advisors from both institutions. Rita Bekti Utami, M.Pd., as the advisor of HIMA IPA FMIPA UNY, represented the host institution. The program included organizational profile presentations, discussion sessions, ice-breaking activities, games, focus group discussions, and the exchange of souvenirs. The discussions were highly interactive, allowing participants to share experiences related to organizational programs, management strategies, and student activities. The activity reflects the commitment of Science Education students at FMIPA UNY to building networks, strengthening collaboration, and fostering positive organizational culture. Through KURMA #2, both organizations are expected to establish sustainable collaborations and future joint programs that contribute to student development and organizational excellence.
